Veronique Lazérat

Graduate of the school of landscape of Breuil, Veronique Lazérat leaves in 1999 the Parisian greyness and her life of stress to settle in the countryside, in the family residence, in Fontanières, in the Hollow one.
In the search of a simple life, related on the traditions and nature, it decides to launch out in the culture of the saffron! What resembles a dared bet or with a rather insane dream proves, ten years later, not only one reality but also an economic and commercial success which gives again with the French saffron its noble letters.
If the safraniers have the reputation to maintain their secrecies of culture jealously, those which led them to the success, Veronique Lazérat does not hesitate to share her knowledge over the saffron with very many people: exposures, visits, but also training courses, formations, and many other formulas still for any knowledge on this fabulous spice.

Who better than Veronique Lazérat could sign this complete work on the saffron? Since its arrival into Hollow in 1999, it made reappear the culture of the saffron in France, contributed assiduously to its mediatization, the development of saffron plantations in France and abroad and to its popularization near the general public.
