Plantation with harvest:

- manual and demanding work, no stage
mechanized, exclusively artisanal culture
and very respectful of the environment.
- Between 150.000 and 200.000 flowers
are gathered and prepared, one by one
and with the hand, to obtain 1 kilo of dry saffron.
- 1000 to 1200 hours of maintenance per annum, weeding included/understood.
